At Vitus Bikes, we want you to be fully confident in your ride, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all bikes and gear. If your equipment isn't performing to your expectations, we are here to help you find the right solution.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your customer portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) label.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Gear

  Ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging; bikes must be securely packed in their original box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection for bikes.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
